Stab & Elevator

Total Component Time: 94.0 hrs.

	Began working on the Elevator and Horizontal Stabilizer.		Finished sanding elevators and trim tabs.
	Continued with Stab and Elevator laminations.		Sanded the horizontal stabilizer.
	Shaved curved parts, started cutting straight pieces.		Added corner blocks.
	One piece turned out warped.		More corner blocks.
	Shaved replacement piece. Best one yet!		Sanded the edges smooth.
	Glued up horizontal stabilizer.		More corner blocks.
	Cut, fit, and glued both elevator halves.		Last of the corner blocks.
	Uh-oh! Backwards progress!		Tried building a router table.
	Glued the elevator back together.		More sanding.
	Started cutting gussets for the stab and elevator.		Finished sanding, started hinge installation.
	Began making gussets for elevators.		Worked some more on installing hinges.
	Made gussets for trim tabs.		Finished installing hinges on elevators.
	Routed countersinks for elevator gussets.		Finished installing hinges. Added center support braces.
	Finally finished with elevator gussets.		Added gussets to the center support braces.
	Started sanding one of the elevators.		Sanded gussets smooth.
	Began sanding the other elevator.		Sanded filler and re-attached elevators.
	Continued sanding elevators.
