Rear Oil Cover

The rear oil cover needs some modifications before it can be installed. It needs a high-volume oil pump (because of the 5th bearing), and the fuel pump pushrod guide needs to be cut down so that the new top cover will fit. Finally, the oil filter bypass valve needs to be removed (because I will be using a "sandwich adapter", which already has one). Once the rear oil cover has been installed, the harmonic balancer can be pressed on.

One of the aspects of the high-volume pump modification is that the oil pressure regulator bypass hole needs to be enlarged from about 5/16 up to about 3/8 inch.
