The alternator bracket comes with some holes already drilled, but it is up to the individual builder to drill the rest of them. The top bolt on the alternator is actually 8mm x 20mm, and the belt is a "standard" 4L290 v-belt.
The instructions say to put the "big" bracket behind the "small" bracket, but I found things lined up better if I reversed them.
