Doors and windows are installed. For some reason, when I went to install the doors, they were about an eighth-inch too low. They were binding on the bottom of the door frame, and the pin wouldn't latch. I fixed it by replacing the hinge and re-drilling the holes with an eight-inch offset. Strange, but simple to fix. The windows didn't have this problem.
