You know, I made these ribs the same way as before, starting with the plywood webbing and then adding the cap strips afterward. However, I don't remember having so much trouble getting the cap strips to bend at the leading edge last time. I probably should have soaked them in water first, bent them around a form, let them dry, and then glued them to the plywood webbing.
Total Time: 10.5 hrs.
